An introduction to the journal is presented in which the editor discusses an article by Kevin Manuel on how local American and Canadian librarians connect with each other, an essay by Sandra Kendall on medical library partnership program with Ethiopia, and on Chantal Phillips' essay on her experiences of doing a project in Tanzania.
