ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the author's thoughts on whether there is a need of repealing U.S. President Barack Obama's health care reform bill in 2010. The author mentions a 2009 Harvard Medical School study which discovers that over 40,000 Americans die annually due to the absence of health insurance. He asserts that the aforementioned issue can be resolved because over 90% of the cost of the bill makes health insurance available to uninsured. He adds that the bill lowers health-care costs.
