ITWC buys Hydroseal Polymers

The article reports that Hydroseal Polymers Inc. will be acquired by ITWC Inc. to expand two-fold its urethane and elastomer systems business. Chairman and founder Walter W. Smith said that both companies will operate under the name ITWC Urethane Solutions and Hydroseal will become part of ITWC. ITWC President Roger Smith was the driving force behind the acquisition.
