ABSTRACT
The article describes the mobile phone as a coach. It cites examples, such as the MyFoodPhone, an application by Sprint that helps users modify their eating habits and the Personal Performance Coach (PPC) by Accenture Technology Labs that runs a number of personal coaching to help users be more effective at home and on the job. Alex Kass, senior researcher at Accenture Technology, relates that they have developed a Mobile Personal Services platform which he describes as an angel.
