The article presents the insights of several experts in the human resource (HR) field about how an HR generalist should approach job agencies and companies in the Midlands, England. Career expert Corinne Mills advises one to improve the curriculum vitae (CV) by citing specific achievements and their results to gain more credibility. Consultancy leader Isabel Chadwick believes that the CV must show one's career plans. Career strategic John Lees suggests the use of the term qualified HR professional on the CV.
