The article offers information on the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival that was held in La Crosse, Wisconsin in October 2010. The festival brought a total of 143 veterans from Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities across the country. The event also featured various creative arts competitions in different categories, including the Visual Arts Division and Creative Writing Division. Among the participants who won are T. J. Smith and Rusty Ezzell.
