ABSTRACT
The article examines the marketing strategies of Muskegon Co-op Federal Credit Union in mitigating the impact during difficult times in business. Chief executive officer, John Rupert mentions that the tough decision of the company in 2005 has yielded good results by when credit unions are experiencing low loan growth and decreasing membership. Rupert also notes that the company implemented aggressive loan goals, while maintaining low delinquency levels.
