The article reports on the syndication of dividend-related term loans amounting almost 2-billion U.S. dollar for Novelis, iHealth Technologies and Hyland Software. Novelis plans to use the proceeds in paying private equity owner Aditya Birla Group, while iHealth will play GS Capital Partners and Oak Investment Partners and refinance existing loans. An overviews of banks that will arrange the loans is included.
