ABSTRACT
The article discusses some leadership behaviors with the greatest impact on the commitment and satisfaction of employees based on a survey. One of these behaviors is the commitment to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals and enhance performance. Other behaviors include collaborating with employees, honesty and courage. The author recommends leaders to overcome their major weaknesses and develop their profound strengths.
