Placenta praevia represents a major cause of obstetric bleeding that can put the life of a woman at risk and can influence the rest of her life (mind and soul) by the consequences (histerectomy). Placenta praevia remains an important problem for pregnant female and the following of the pregnancy and a careful management of birth are esential.
