ABSTRACT
The article offers information on Israeli cuisine. One can find creativity in Israeli food as the country has a history of immigration from regions including the Middle East, Europe, North Africa and South America. The Galilee region and the Golan Heights region in the north of Israel offer some prime wine growing areas. One can find exotic street food like falafel, shwarma, bourekas, and sabich which is a pitta stuffed with ingredients like fried aubergine, hummus and boiled eggs.
