ABSTRACT
The article presents a description of Tel Aviv, Israel. The city, which was founded 101 years ago, is considered a forward-moving and culturally vibrant metropolis in the Middle East. The city has diverse culinary culture as Israeli chefs working in the Mediterranean, Eastern Europe and the Middle East came back to Israel to share what they had learned. There are several nightclubs in Tel Aviv ranging from mega clubs to boutique clubs.
