The article offers information on the "Destination Guides" that can be downloaded by travel agents from the website, gazetteers.com, and describes how the information zone of the site, TWacademy, offers opportunity to learn about Aruba. It states that the guides help agents in meeting the requirements of clients by customising information about their holiday. According to Duncan Horton, chief executive (CE) of Gazetteers, the guides have been developed based on the feedback from agents.
