This article explains the importance of professional liability insurance coverages to employers in the U.S. It recognizes the ability of these insurance coverages to address changing management liability concerns. It recommends employment practices liability coverage (EPL) because it protects employers from damages resulting from worker discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
