ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the strategy of InTouch Credit Union (CU) to connect and attract with younger members in Plano, Texas. It says that the most successful ways on how the CU has created accounts to younger members through the use of Google AdWords and Facebook Advertisements. It states that person-to-person (P2P) payments will be soon access by its members which only costs for 50 to 75 cents. It adds that the treatment of the members should be differed from 25-34 years old.
