ABSTRACT
The article presents the insights of Diana Dykstra, chief executive officer of California/Nevada Credit Union (CU) Leagues regarding her own charges on the association's specific mission. Dykstra states that the league needs to take an adaptation that offers different educational programs, ways of supporting the collaborative efforts of CUs, and means for new revenue. She also mentions that the new mission of the league will not come at the expense of budget reduction for political advocacy.
