ABSTRACT
The article reports that Saint Lucie County Fire Rescue in Florida is conducting an inquiry into a fire at Liberty Tire Recycling LLC's facility in Port St. Lucie which took place on October 6-7, 2010. This is the second fire at the facility during the last five weeks. According to a fire department spokesman, firefighters took almost 24 hours to control the fire. He says that a deteriorating pile of shredded tires may have caused the fire.
