ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the how the Split University of Medicine in Croatia solved its problems on clinical skills' training. Several problems and actions done by the university is presented including on institutional value system, organization of clinical training, and scheduling of bed-side teaching. It adds that the university has developed a new paradigm on teaching clinical skill called New Paradigm in Training of Undergraduate Clinical Skills in Split or Neptune-CSS.
