ABSTRACT
The article presents ways on how to enhance business efficiency and cut its operating costs. The first measure is through the use of electronic mails (e-mails) by service team and clients. It suggests business enterprises to increase their screen space to update their efficiency. They are advised to manage their documents in the right manner. They are also recommended to make a to-do list and know who does what. It concludes that businesses have no excuse to take the following step in updating their efficiency and productivity through win-win and low-cost solutions.
