ABSTRACT
The article examines a study on the interactive effects of perceived entitlement behavior by others and political skill on job tension. It mentions that entitlement behavior can create a stressful work environment for persons with lesser political skill, whereas those persons with high level of political skills have lesser job tension. It also discusses the practical implications and limitations of the study for future research.
