ABSTRACT
The article presents a letter from Gregory D. Kutz, managing director of Forensic Audits and Special Investigations at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) regarding the legal conditions of workers who were under the H-2B visa program in the country. GAO reveals that workers who were under the program are common victims of fraud and employment abuse. However, GAO has also found out that some H-2B workers were satisfied with their working and living conditions.
