The article focuses on alternative source of income of Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, California. Donna Bland, chief executive officer (CEO) of Golden 1 Credit Union, states that loan promotion particularly auto loan refinancing accompanied with outbound calls and follow up by their employees contribute to the improvement of their financial status. Moreover, Bland says that Golden 1 investment portfolio requires certain cash flow to fund lending to gain investment on maturing investments.
