Working flexibly may replace extra paternity leave and the DRA

The article focuses on the flexible working conditions offered to parents of children under 18 years. Flexible working conditions is also seen as a solution for the debate on the default retirement age as it would allow individuals to do their work on their own time until they see it fit to retire. According to the authors, the run is expected to be observation phase for the British government to adopt this kind of working scheme. They added that employers must create a guideline for employees filing for flexible working scheme as to not discriminate.
