ABSTRACT
The article defines who a servant-leader is and offers tips to practice servant-leadership. A servant-leader is anyone who is dedicated to serving others who also opts to lead in some way. To practice being a servant-leader, it is important to begin with an appraisal of motives, means, and ends. According to the author, ethics require each of these be judged as right, good, and desirable by those involved and those affected.
