ABSTRACT
The article discusses the global cyberwarfare threat. Security measures are being implemented in the U.S. due to possible surveillance threats from Russian and Chinese computer systems. The U.S. has established the Cyber Command (Cybercom) to address cyberspace threats. However, not all people agree that there is severe threat in the cyberspace. Security expert and author Bruce Schneier argues that cyberwar is just being exaggerated.
