ABSTRACT
The article presents strategies for a hotel industry. A social media manager is vital to success of any social media strategy of the hotel, but many are from outside the industry and require clear guidelines. It states that each social media strategy should have a broad guideline of what is to be posted and when it will be posted. It says that blog posts were more probably to be trusted fully than posts on Facebook.
