It says that the complainant was not allowed to use his/her customized wheelchair when they arrived at Dulles Airport. In addition, the complainant insisted that he/she needed the customized wheelchair for his/her comfort and medical treatment. The complainant adds that the employees had violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
