ABSTRACT
The article discusses the accessibility offered by military historic ships among people with disabilities for tourism affairs . It states that the U.S. Ship (USS) Constellation which becomes part of the U.S. Mediterranean Squadron for diplomatic missions overseas and was a designated relief flagship for the U.S. Atlantic Fleet open to the public as part of the historic tourist fleet. It mentions that the military vessels sail and share its history among the tourists and disabled persons.
