The article reports that Hanover, Germany-based ContiTech AG has purchased the remaining interest in its Chinese joint venture. The joint venture company was known as ContiTech-Jiebao Power Transmission Systems Ltd. The other partner was Ningbo Jiebao Group Co. Ltd. ContiTech previously owned 60 percent of the venture, located in Ninghai, China, while Ningbo Jiebao had 40 percent.
