ABSTRACT
The article describes the condition of a fifty-eight year old white man who has a single asymptomatic, translucent nodule with no color or size change, and no bleeding or drainage. The article identifies it as pigmented basal cell carcinoma which is common in light skinned people who have ultraviolet light exposure. The treatment of the disease includes topical chemotherapy, Moh micrographic surgery and X-ray radiation therapy.
