ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Inmediata Helath Group Corp.'s provision of its electronic medical records (EMRs), health-information exchange systems, and Secure EMR to entities in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Inmediata works with Medicaid and Medicare providers in developing an adoption program that will give providers with Medicare incentives. It also provides healthcare information technology (HIT) services to basic industry players.
