ABSTRACT
The article ponders on the application by recruiters of assessment tools as they anticipate the increase in the number of graduate applicants in Great Britain in 2010. Lloyds Banking Group head of emerging talent Tim Hopgood stated that the company has been expecting approximately 2,000 applicants by autumn season. The selection process at Lloyds is composed of several stages including telephone-based assessment, online ability tests, and online application and questionnaire.
