ABSTRACT
The article discusses the role of assessment in building a diverse organization. According to The Chemistry Group founder Roger Philby, using assessment tools to hire workers will prevent the occurrence of bias in the selection process. Kenexa head of leadership division Christine Parry stated that several employers have started to integrated situational judgment tests into their hiring process.
