ABSTRACT
The article looks at the possible rise of HIV/AIDS infections in Uganda. It mentions the factors contributed to repel HIV/AIDS that continues to harm the rest of the African continent, including public health campaigns against multiple partners, leadership from the president and early awareness about the cause of the disease. Also outlined are the reasons why the country is at risk again of the disease, including the ending free antiretrovirals and a quota introduced for free drugs.
