ABSTRACT
The article features the story of lesbian Wendy Moyo who escaped from Zimbabwe and went to England. It notes that Moyo was sent by her mother to England because homosexuality is illegal in Zimbabwe. It points out that she was scared of the risk and shame for her family after discovering her own sexuality. She admits that she feels so relax and at peace in England.
