This article reports on the acquisition of in-store promotion company Sales Power, merchandising service provider Unisono Field Marketing and medical communications agency Excerpta Medica by global marketing and corporate communications company Omnicom in 2010. Simon Dalby, president of DAS Asia-Pacific, said the acquisition of Sales Power will allow Omnicom to fully control its growth plan. As part of the deals, Excerpta Medica will become a division of DAS's Adelphi.
