The article focuses on the insurance of Papa John's Pizza that created a profit center Risk Services Corp. in the U.S. Brian Gerritsen, senior product director for hospitality of Fireman's Fund, explores the pizza program that generates 50 million dollar in direct premium, 20% in market shares, and 85% coverage for non-owned auto. Moreover, Gerritsen discusses a task force that develops a risk management including the turning off cellphones, qualification of drivers, and carrying of insurance.
