ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a culinary cruise for an end-of-the-year progressive dinner hosted by the Dining Services of the University of Mount Union for departing senior students. A contest was conducted by the Dining Services to choose the 14 seniors who will participate. The culinary cruise stopped in five different countries that include Thailand, France and Norway.
