The article features the kosher station called Noshery located in the newly renovated campus restaurant of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. It notes that the school has a Jewish population of about 35%. The station has 2 areas which provide kosher catering and a grab-and-go line of kosher items called Nosh & Go. According to Jesse Breidinger, marketing director of Sodexo at the account, the kosher station was integrated in the restaurant so that kosher students will not feel segregated from the rest of the students.
