ABSTRACT
An introduction to the journal is presented in which the editor discusses the various reports published within the issue including one on possible biological attack in the U.S. by Walter Slocombe Daniel, one on tension between Great Britain and Argentina over Falkland Islands by Bill Dempsey and one on the shortcomings of Great Britain's homeland security.
