ABSTRACT
The article presents a study which examines the changes in the concentration of plasma homocysteine associated to C reactive protein (CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndromes. It uses high performance liquid chromatography to analyze plasma homocysteine, and CRP were also characterized at the same time points. Results show that concentrations of CRP demonstrated an increase on day two, and concentrations of homocysteine in myocardial infarction were 11.9, 11.5, 12.1, and 12.1.
