The U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has awarded a 19.2 million-dollar contract to SRI International to develop the Panoptic Analysis of Chemical Traces program. A follow-on order from China worth 850,000 dollars was received by Implant Sciences for its Quantum Sniffer QS-H150 portable explosive trace detector.
