ABSTRACT
The article examines the qualities needed in homeworking, call centre and shop environments. It emphasizes the need to have good time-management skills, self-motivation and have plenty of drive, energy and commitment in becoming a successful homeworker. It suggests that call centre workers must have a huge sense of urgency, a great product knowledge and a compelling sales story. It advises that a travel agency worker must have great face-to-face communication skills and physically presentable.
