ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's experience as the president of Canadian Library Association (CLA). According to the author, the next few days he will convene the 65th Annual General Meeting of the CLA, and the Association will not be the same after the meeting. He says that changes are on cards because the membership of CLA is continuously declining. It is stated that in 2010 changes in the operation and structure of the association is imperative.
