ABSTRACT
This article reports on the plan of insurance company Aviva to launch a pan-European human resource (HR) system in 2010. According to Andy Moffat, European director of HR, the system will improve efficiency across the company's businesses. Moffat expects the system to grow the company into international markets and to allow it to respond faster to changing markets and business needs.
