ABSTRACT
The article presents reports from metal trade associations for 2010. The American Institute for International Steel Inc. (AIIS) has revealed that U.S. steel exports dropped by 0.7 percent in June. The World Steel Association (WSA) has identified that world crude steel production for 66 countries totaled 115 million metric tons in July. The Copper and Brass Fabricators Council Inc. (CBFC) has stated that U.S. imports and exports of brass mill products had double-digit percentage growth in June.
