ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's views regarding the utilization of internet as a trustworthy source of information about therapy or the client's particular difficulties. She also provides an overview of psychoeducation in which she considered it as part of the therapeutic experience on the nature of depression or anxiety to the clients. Moreover, she also presented several informational sites which include the PsychCentral.com, MentalHelp.net and PsychologyToday.com.
