ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on the utilization of the Internet, improving online efficiency and reducing stress accompanied by multitasking and information overload. Elisha Goldstein, a psychologist has developed the STOP technique to relieve the feeling of being overwhelmed by too much information. It also mentions other tips which include reducing information intake, distinguishing work-oriented from personal tasks and setting time limits.
