It is stated that the planned route for Rampart Street and St. Claude Avenue in New Orleans will link up to the French Quarter and to low-income and carless neighborhoods. The planned M-1 Rail in Detroit will reportedly pass through noted establishments in linking the central business district and the New Center neighborhood.
