ABSTRACT
The article reports on the win registered by primary contestant Ted Kennedy against U.S. president Jimmy Carter in Connecticut and New York primaries. Reasons for Kennedy's win according to the political pundits include Carter's economic policies, rise of inflation in the U.S. and the role Carter played in the United Nations (UN) vote on Israeli settlement. It seems clear that the U.S. voters are not in favor of Kennedy but against Carter.
